Terms and Conditions for Photo Usage and Licensing
Ownership of Photos
All photographs captured and delivered by Dylan Dickerson Photography remain the intellectual property of Dylan Dickerson Photography. Clients are granted a limited license for the agreed-upon usage as outlined below.
License for Use
Photos are licensed specifically for the current property listing or project for which they were commissioned. The license includes usage on MLS, real estate websites, social media, and marketing materials directly related to the property. Resale, transfer, or use of the photos for any other purpose without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Duration of License
The license is valid for the duration of the property listing or project. Once the listing is removed or the project is completed, the license expires unless otherwise agreed upon.
Unauthorized Usage
Any unauthorized use of the photographs, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or use for a different property or project, will result in legal action and/or additional fees.
Photo Alterations
Clients may not alter, edit, or modify the photographs in any way without prior written consent from Dylan Dickerson Photography. This includes applying filters, cropping, or other edits that could misrepresent the property.
Photo Credit
While not mandatory, crediting Dylan Dickerson Photography when using photos on social media or marketing materials is appreciated.
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered if clients are not satisfied with the photos. Photos that are refunded may not be used in any form. Revisions are available to address specific concerns prior to issuing a refund. Archiving
Dylan Dickerson Photography archives all photos indefinitely. Clients may request additional copies of their photos for a fee.
Liability
Dylan Dickerson Photography is not liable for any misuse of the photos by third parties or any claims arising from the use of the photos.
Payment Terms
A $50 deposit is required upfront per property. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final edited photos. License rights are granted only after full payment has been received. Rush Orders and Emergency Shoots
No additional fees are charged for rush or next-day shoots. Turnaround time for final edited photos is typically 24â??48 hours.
